Return Policy

1. Conditions  

   - Timeframe: Within 14 days of delivery  

   - Items must be unused, undamaged with original packaging (including tags/accessories/gifts)  

   - Exclusions: Sale items (≥30% off), customized/intimate apparel/jewelry  

   - Shipping fee: Deduct €4.95 from refund; Orders ≥€39.99 with free shipping will incur €4.95 fee if return brings total below €39.99

Exchange Policy

1. Conditions

   - Only for defective/wrong items  

   - Timeframe: Report within 2 days (extendable to 7 days with unboxing video)  

   - Video requirements: Show unopened package + full unboxing + defect details (submit within 24h)  

2. Process

   ① Submit order# + evidence  

   ② Approved cases receive prepaid shipping label  

   ③ Return via DHL/FedEx  

   ④ Replacement shipped within 3 business days  

3. Notes

   - Disputes require evidence within 48h  

   - Fraudulent claims void future return rights
