GENERAL PURCHASE CONDITIONS VALORIALUXE
This document (together with the documents mentioned) contains the conditions that regulate the use of this website (www.valorialuxe.com) and the purchase of the items contained therein (hereinafter the “Conditions”).

2. YOUR DATA AND ACCESS TO OUR WEBSITE
The information or personal data provided by the user will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Policies. By using the website, you authorize the processing of such information and personal data and you declare that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
By accepting the terms and conditions at checkout, you also agree to be contacted by email and/or SMS for marketing purposes by the company VALORIALUXE.
The data in question will not be transferred to third parties and, therefore, by accepting the terms and conditions, the customer DOES NOT consent to the use of their data for profiling by third parties.
3. USE OF OUR WEBSITE
By using this website and/or placing orders through it, you agree to:
(I) use the website only to make legally valid inquiries or orders;
(II) not to place false or fraudulent orders. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that an order is of this nature, we will be entitled to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities;
(III) provide us with your email address, postal address and/or other contact details truthfully and accurately. Likewise, you consent to the use of this information to contact you (if necessary, we invite you to read the Personal Data Protection Policy).
If you do not provide us with all the necessary information, we will not be able to process your order.
By placing an order through this website, you warrant that you are of legal age (18 years or older) and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
4. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The items offered through this website are available exclusively for delivery within the European Union and the United States of America (USA). It is possible to place an order from another member state of the European Union or from the USA through this website.
5. METHOD OF COMPLETION OF THE CONTRACT
To place an order, you will need to follow the online purchase process and click on “Authorize Payment”. You will then receive an email confirming receipt of your order (the “Order Confirmation”). All orders are subject to our approval, of which you will be informed by an email confirming the shipment of your order (the “Shipping Confirmation”). The details of your order will be summarized in the downloadable electronic receipt after completing the payment and completing all mandatory fields.
The contract for the purchase of a product between us and you (the “Contract”) will only be concluded when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
Only those products listed in the Shipping Confirmation will be the subject of the Contract. We will have no obligation to supply any products not confirmed in the Shipping Confirmation.
6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All product orders are subject to availability. In the event of supply problems or stock shortages, we reserve the right to provide information about substitute products of equal or greater quality and value, which you may choose to order. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund any amounts already paid.
7. REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER
We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and/or to delete or edit any materials or content contained therein. Whilst we will always do our best to process all orders, exceptional circumstances may arise which require us to refuse to process orders even after an Order Confirmation has been sent. We reserve the right to do so at any time.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for removing any product from this website, for deleting or editing any materials or content on the website, or for failing to process an order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation.
7.1. CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
Once an order is placed and you receive the order confirmation email, it is not possible to cancel the order.
8. DELIVERY
Except in extraordinary circumstances, we will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch your order of the product(s) listed in the relevant Shipping Confirmation by the date specified therein or, if no date is specified, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation.
However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or delivery area.
Please note that home deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays.
For the purposes of these Conditions, “delivery” is deemed to have occurred when you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession or control of the products.
